You know what makes me the most angry - why isn't someone (with a paid position or someone in a position to volunteer (that doesn't already have to work 2+ jobs)go out and educate these IDIOTS that are not spaying and neutering these helpless animals?? I'd do it in a heart beat if I could.

I just read an article from one of Charlotte's TV stations - WSOC - it says thousands of animals need help - if I understand correctly this is a kill shelter.
